Keith Wasserman is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Gelt Venture Partners, where he leads the firm’s investor relations strategy, managing relationships with over 1,800 investors. His responsibilities include overseeing capital raising efforts and ensuring transparent, proactive communication with GVP’s investor network. Keith plays a pivotal role in structuring investments and fostering long-term partnerships, ensuring that GVP remains a trusted platform for both individual and institutional investors. With a deep understanding of the entire investment lifecycle, Keith is responsible for maintaining the firm's investor communications, facilitating the origination, structuring, and execution of equity investments for GVP’s funds and syndications. His collaborative approach to managing investor relations has allowed GVP to consistently deliver strong returns while minimizing risk, creating lasting value for its investors. A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Keith is also deeply involved in philanthropic efforts. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Milken Community School and co-founded The Resident Relief Foundation, which helps renters avoid eviction during times of financial hardship. Keith is also an active member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization), Tiger 21, and the Milken Institute Young Leaders Council, engaging with other top professionals to share knowledge and explore innovative solutions.
Damian Langere is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Gelt Venture Partners, where he steers the firm's overall corporate strategy, with a sharp focus on deal structuring, investment strategy, and comprehensive risk management. Since co-founding GVP in 2008, Damian has been instrumental in growing the firm's real estate portfolio from a single $150,000 four-plex to over $3 billion in assets across the Western U.S. His leadership in value-add multifamily investments has helped GVP achieve operational excellence while maintaining an investor-first focus. In addition to overseeing strategic growth, Damian emphasizes a disciplined approach to risk management, evaluating market dynamics, asset location, and conditions to mitigate exposure across various regions and property types. His expertise in navigating these risks has been crucial to the firm’s success in both stable and volatile markets. Damian’s strategic insights and methodical approach to asset allocation continue to shape GVP’s investments and maintain its position as an industry leader. A former Division 1 athlete at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Damian holds dual degrees in Environmental Science and Geography. He is also an active member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and Tiger 21, collaborating with top executives to exchange knowledge and drive innovation. His commitment to sustainable growth extends beyond real estate, as he also contributes to tech ventures and philanthropic efforts, enhancing the impact of his work on communities and investors alike.
Josh Satin serves as the Chief Investment Officer & Managing Partner of Gelt Venture Partners, where he leads the firm’s multifamily investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, asset management, and financing. Since joining GVP in 2016, Josh has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s portfolio, contributing to over $2 billion in acquisitions across the Western U.S. His focus on optimizing investment structures and ensuring sound underwriting practices has been key to maximizing returns for GVP’s investors. Before his career in real estate, Josh was a Division 1 All-American at the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science. Drafted by the New York Mets, Josh played nine seasons of professional baseball, including multiple years in Major League Baseball. The discipline, focus, and high-performance mindset cultivated during his athletic career have become central to his leadership style at GVP, where he drives operational excellence and fosters a results-oriented culture. Outside of his professional life, Josh resides in Brentwood, CA, with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in charitable initiatives, including supporting the Justin Turner Foundation and the American Cancer Society, and enjoys playing golf and staying connected with the sports community.
